Rent is payable pcm at the amount shown on the brochure.
If your offer is accepted for a property with OFF THE PATCH you will be required to pay one week’s rent as a holding deposit*.
One month's rent payable as your security deposit, which is protected by the Government Deposit Protection Service.
*By paying the holding deposit, you are committing to renting the property, subject to satisfactory reference checks. Once you’ve paid the holding deposit, we will hold the property off the market for you until your checks are complete and the tenancy agreement has been signed. If a tenancy agreement is not signed within 15 days of our receipt of the holding deposit, we must either return the deposit to you or retain it, depending on the circumstances.
The holding deposit will be withheld if you decide you no longer want to rent the property, you provide false or misleading information, or you fail the referencing process. If your application is successful, the holding deposit will be refunded to you once the tenancy agreement has been signed.
Fees that can be charged during the tenancy. Where they are outlined in the tenancy agreement these are limited to the reasonable costs for:
Replacing a lost key/security device (i.e. electronic fob)
